Last month we opened a poll that asked ‘How many trees have you planted in the last year?’. The results of the poll are below.

Ecologiclife.com published an article earlier in July 2025 offering some information on how many trees are required to offset carbon emissions. One suggestion is ‘there are only about 3 trillion trees on Earth, which is only half as many as the average carbon dioxide (CO₂) emission per person. To offset this amount, an individual needs to plant about 165 trees‘.
